You don’t have to be a fan of musicals to enjoy La La Land. This film is nostalgic, colorful, joyful marvel! And to be honest, that’s all you need for a date.
The chemistry between Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone is powerful, and that’s a huge plus. And after the film, you can just sing songs.
40 year old Virgin
If you’re looking for the ultimate comedy, you should go for 40 Years Old Virgin.
It’s funny, clever, and it even has a bit of romance in it. Also, Steve Carrell is one of the most hilarious actors ever. This good movie will ensure you have a great time on your date night.
And if this doesn’t do it for you, there are still plenty of other comedy movies out there to watch.

Honestly, Forrest Gump is not only perfect for a date, it’s also one the best movies ever. It has everything you can think of: romance, war, drama, humor, and the list go on.
It’s a heart-warming story and I never came across someone who hated this film. So this definitely worth considering.
The Notebook
If you’re gonna go full-on romance, then you should pick The Notebook. Put some candles on, and you’re set to go!
Once again, Ryan Gosling is on the list. I don’t know what it’s about you, but you rule in the romance world, sir.

Okay, this my personal favorite. The Greatest Showman is exciting and has amazing good songs. It makes me feel good and magical. However, this film is not loved by everyone. So I can’t guarantee you will love it.
And, the “Rewrite The Stars” scene is the perfect opportunity to give her/him the lovely stare to kiss her/him.
