After many announcements and movie news about “Black Adam.” We finally get a poster with a release date of 12.22.21 with Black Adam First Look. We fans were waiting for this for years!
The design looks like an outfit that got ripped out of the comics! He seems a strong, angry character that is going to give Shazam a hard time.
The rock, Dwayne Johnson is perfect in his first look as Black Adam
We can all agree that Dwayne Johnson is the perfect choice for playing Black Adam. He has the muscle, the skills, and all that is needed to play this role. He is even fit to play Shazam because of his sense of humor. Either way, both parts were an excellent fit for him. Let us all be excited to see him pull off a darker character.

It has been a while since the first time they announced Dwayne Johnson he was going to become Black Adam. When the “Shazam” came out, we were wondering if the Black Adam project was still going on. Sometimes in the movie world, exciting stuff gets canceled.
Is he an anti-hero?
Dwayne Johnson does not refer to Black Adam as a villain. He is telling us that this is instead an anti-hero because of his beliefs. The actions caused by this character are thanks to his perception of justice. As the rock mentioned:
He’s a rebellious, one of a kind superhero, who’ll always do what’s right for the people – but he does it his way. Truth and justice – the BLACK ADAM way

I’m very interested to see what approach they are willing to take. I am wondering if he is going to feel like an anti-hero or instead as a villain. And by a villain, I mean someone like Thanos. He was a villain that believed what he was doing was right, and it made us even question what is right or wrong. If Black Adam would be a villain, I rather see this kind of approach.
